These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Notion for Lawyers – LegalOS, a proprietary suite of digital products, including templates, systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows built within the Notion platform and designed for legal professionals.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using the Product. By doing so, you indicate that you understand, accept, and agree to be legally bound by them.

1. Definitions

For clarity, the following definitions apply:

• “Product” or “LegalOS” refers to the Notion-based workspace(s), templates, automations, and AI tools provided by the creator.

• “You” or “User” means the individual or legal entity using the Product.

• “License” means the limited right granted to you to use the Product under these Terms.

• “Platform” refers to the medium through which the Product is accessed, including Notion, Gumroad, or a private delivery mechanism.

2. Nature of the Product

LegalOS is a digital, no-code product that helps lawyers streamline workflows, manage clients and matters, and enhance legal operations using Notion. It includes:

• Pre-built Notion templates (dashboards, CRMs, trackers)

• Legal workflow systems (calendar, client follow-ups, reminders)

• Optional AI-powered workflows (e.g., chatbots, document drafting, summarisation tools)

• Educational materials, tutorials, and setup guidance

3. Eligibility

By accessing or using LegalOS, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• If you are using the Product on behalf of a firm, company, or organization, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
   

4. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase or access the Product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use it solely for your internal legal or business operations.

You may:

• Customize the templates for your internal use.

• Use the systems for client or matter management within your own practice or firm.

• Store data related to your work, clients, or operations within your own Notion workspace.
   

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates or systems.

• Claim authorship or ownership of the templates or automations.

• Use the Product for purposes that violate applicable law, bar association rules, or confidentiality obligations.

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or extract proprietary logic or structure of AI-enhanced systems.
   

5. Product Tiers and Pricing

LegalOS is offered under the following pricing structure:

• Lite (Free): Access to basic versions of selected templates.

• Pro ($49): Full access to all templates, workflows, and standard automations.

• Pro AI ($99): Includes all Pro features, plus access to AI integrations and smart tools.

All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice.

6. AI Features and Third-Party Services

If you purchase the Pro AI tier, you may be given access to systems that integrate with third-party AI platforms such as OpenAI, Notion AI, or custom bots.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any AI-generated output before using it in professional or client-facing work.

• Any use of third-party AI services is subject to their respective terms, data handling policies, and privacy obligations.

• You must not input confidential client information into any AI tool without obtaining proper consent and ensuring data protection.
   

We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of your use of AI systems.

7. Delivery, Access, and Setup

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to:

• A shareable Notion workspace (or a duplicable template link)

• Setup instructions and onboarding material

• Any associated tutorial videos, documentation, or support contact

Delivery occurs digitally and typically within minutes of purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of the Product, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience any issues with access, setup, or functionality, please reach out for support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical concerns.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, workflows, designs, and systems included in LegalOS are the intellectual property of Notion For Lawyers and are protected by copyright, trade dress, and other applicable laws.

Purchasing the Product does not grant ownership of any content. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public sharing will be considered a breach and may result in legal action.

10. User Responsibilities

By using LegalOS, you agree:

• To ensure client confidentiality and data security in your own use of the templates.

• To comply with all professional and ethical obligations applicable to your jurisdiction.

• To refrain from using the Product for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

• To not hold the creator liable for any legal, financial, or reputational loss resulting from misuse or reliance on the Product.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
LegalOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Product will be error-free or uninterrupted

• It will meet every user's specific or jurisdictional needs

• AI tools will provide accurate legal content

• The system complies with rules of court or bar councils in any specific country

Your use is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, business, or goodwill

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI outputs or automation triggers

• Use of the Product that results in regulatory, ethical, or reputational harm

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:

• You breach these Terms

• You misuse or misrepresent the Product

• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected

• You violate applicable law or ethical obligations

In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of LegalOS is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and stored. You agree not to submit sensitive client data to us during onboarding or setup.

All information you enter into your own Notion workspace is governed by Notion’s privacy policy.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or product dashboard. Continued use of the Product after changes indicates your acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
