Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery
 
Notion for Lawyers – LegalOS is a 100% digital product, consisting of templates, systems, and automation workflows delivered electronically via Notion and/or email.

Access is typically granted immediately upon purchase through a duplicable Notion link or workspace invite. Because the value is delivered instantly and the nature of the product is intangible, our refund policy reflects this.

2. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
 
All purchases are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• You decided not to use the product

• You expected different features not listed in the product description

• You encountered limitations based on your Notion account (e.g., free vs. paid)

• You failed to duplicate or access the template due to user error (we will provide support)

This policy is in place to protect the value of our intellectual property and prevent abuse of digital delivery.

3. Exceptions – Access or Technical Issues

If you face a genuine technical issue preventing access to the product (e.g., link failure, access restriction), please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

We will:

• Assist you in accessing the product

• Re-send access links or onboarding guides

• Provide alternatives if you experience persistent problems

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You never received access to the product and

• We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days)

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Permanently revoke access to the product

• Deny any future purchases or support

• Submit evidence of delivery and usage to the payment processor

We are committed to fairness and encourage you to reach out before escalating an issue.

5. Upgrades and Tier Changes

If you purchase a lower tier (e.g., Pro) and wish to upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., Pro AI) within 7 days of purchase, you may contact us for a discount code equal to the original purchase amount, so you don’t pay twice.

Downgrades from higher tiers are not eligible for partial refunds.
